Thousands are still feeling the aftereffects of super Typhoon Rolly. And it’s a feeling known too well by our kababayans in certain towns in Catanduanes.
May Cardano, 35, was left wondering what’s next after the strong storm left her family homeless. She worries so much about how they will be able to survive the coming days when they have already very limited resources available. However, May did not turn a blind eye to the needs of her neighbors and instead shared what she had (even if it leaves her empty-handed).
Given the current economic challenges and the difficulties posed by recent typhoons to poor families, the call is greater than ever to continue the relief efforts and provide tangible support to affected families, like May’s.
Through YOUR support, we can help our kababayans get through the hardship that Typhoon Rolly left them! DONATE now through www.obphil.net/give. For inquiries, contact 09399215543 or 09189067753.
