PETER M. KAIRUZ  first joined CBN Asia as a co-host of The Club/The 700 Club Asia in August 2000. In May 2004, he became executive vice president and chief operating officer of CBN Asia, and was appointed as president of Operation Blessing Foundation Philippines in June 2005. Prior to his appointment in CBN Asia, Peter served as Import Manager, Export Manager, and then General Manager and Director of the Flying Cargo Airfreight Corporation, Philippines. He later went into a joint venture and established a freight forwarding company, Star Airfreight Philippines, Inc. where he is President. As a businessman, Peter sits at the helm of several other companies such as Star Consolidators Phils. Inc., Startrans Logistics International, Inc., and KCP Realty, Inc. Peter is also the President of the Lighthouse Christian Foundation, Inc., a non-profit foundation established by his home church, Lighthouse Christian Community.

Kim April Pascual, MD is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Operation Blessing Foundation Philippines. Since 1997, she has been utilizing her extensive medical background to lead countless humanitarian aid missions to far-flung provinces and rebel-infested areas in the Philippines. She was also able to lead extended emergency medical trips to Indonesia after the deadly tsunami, to Iraq and Afghanistan during the war, to Taiwan after the earthquake, and to Cambodia and China during the floods. She has also been serving as a mentor and consultant to Operation Blessing's other outreaches in Indonesia, Thailand, China, India, Singapore, Laos and Cambodia since 1998. She is currently the president of the Global Coalition for Humanitarian Efforts for the Philippines - Philippine Group, and sits on the Board of Trustees of the US Group.

Gigilyn C. Getape - Endaya, RSW is the Corporate Communications and Resource Development Manager of Operation Blessing Philippines Foundation Philippines, Inc. As a development worker for more than 20 years, she has partnered with various organizations that protect, lobby and advocate for the rights of children. Her position in various organizations included program development, research and training, grant writing, and networking. As a child's rights and health advocate, she helped develop a local ordinance for the protection of working children in the Western Visayas Region and a paper used as a framework for the Philippine HIV/AIDS Law. She used to be a member of Task Force Against the Exploitation of Children. She also participated as a country representative in The Global March Against Child Labor.

Bernadita Ramos Padolina is the finance manager of Operation Blessing Foundation Philippines. Previously, she worked with Far East Broadcasting Co. (Phils.), Inc. for thirty years, where she served as Chief Accountant, with responsibilities including the design of an adequate organizational structure to achieve accounting goals and objectives, overseeing the accounting operations of regional stations, and providing financial analyses. She also has experience as a radio talent and a speaker in different church fellowships, rallies and conferences.

Pastor Jun "Paji" Mercado started as a trained missionary reaching out to the Punjabis and has served in the ministry for 23 years. His passion for God and compassion for people moved him to join Operation Blessing (OB). His passion and purpose is to share with other pastors the zeal he has for the community by encouraging them to partner with OB. Presently, he is OB’s Local Partner Relations Manager where he serves as trainer, mentor, mobilizer, and advocate of community transformation Initiatives and holistic ministry.

Pastor Miguelito "Bobot" Garcia is the Assistant Program Manager of Operation Blessing Foundation Philippines, Inc. handling OB’s infrastructure, water and sanitation programs. Ptr. Bobot has previously served as Supervisor for Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance for Lakeview Industrial Corporation in G.M.A. Cavite. He has been a pastor of Jesus Christ the Fountain of Living Waters Church, Inc. in Elvinda Village, San Pedro, Laguna since 1996. He also served as Chairman of the Christian Leaders Association of San Pedro, Laguna from 2003 to 2005. He has been a pastoral volunteer of Operation Blessing since October 2004.

Kristine Oribiana, RSW is the Children's Program Supervisor of Operation Blessing Foundation Philippines, Inc. Having passed the Licensure Examination for Social Work in 2007, she joined Operation Blessing in August of that year as wheelchair and livelihood project coordinator. Today, she spearheads the team that implements OB’s Bless-a-Child and Back-to-School programs among others. As a children's welfare advocate, she has attended various trainings and seminars, such as the ALS Instruction Manager's Training, Trainer's Training on Life Skills Module for Children at Risk, and the Freedom Forum - A Multi-Sectoral Gathering Against Human Trafficking. She has also attended 4/14 Window summits here and abroad.

Disaster Response Program

Under its Disaster Response Program, Operation Blessing has a three-pronged approach: rescue operation, relief distribution, and rehabilitation.

Our trained staff and volunteers organize and coordinate rescue operations in disaster-stricken areas using our own equipment and tools. We distribute relief goods such as ready-to-eat food items, blankets, sleeping mats, toiletries, and clothing. Medical missions are conducted simultaneously with relief distribution efforts. We are also at hand to help the devastated community to start anew with rehabilitation work through our livelihood programs, clean-up operations and construction projects.
